Due to Covid please allow longer shipping times worldwide, we suggest using DHL at this time for faster and more secure shipping. Please use the tracking information provided to track your package.

We endeavour to pack your busy book (quiet book) order within 2 business days.

Please note, that all delivery times are indicative and are based on a purchase of one busy book. This is a guide only and are subject to the postal service on both NZ and overseas grounds. These shipping times are estimated by New Zealand post.

Shipping to all countries is calculated at checkout by weight and size. 

If your order is a pre-order item, the order will be sent after the time frame given on the product description. 

If your order has PRE-ORDER items included in it then the whole package will be sent after the time-frame given on the product description.

We only use Courierpost with Signature Required.

Express Shipping is 1-3 days shipping by Courierpost with an Overnight Option.

 Australian shipping sent via DHL Express Worldwide. (Based on weight per book)

All other countries 

International shipping that is sent via DHL Express Worldwide is calculated at checkout, Delivery is fast and usually takes 3-5 days to arrive to just about anywhere.

Returning Products

If you have a defective product, please contact us at hello@prettychildish.co.nz

We will arrange a return delivery and replacement.

If you wish to return your product for any reason other than defect, return shipping will be at your own cost.
